The hacking and spammer blasts on servers continues to run globally.
Some of the newer trends we are seeing appears to be US hosting companies selling small IP blocks to resellers that in turn providing services to relay for companies interested in defeating the country blocks on mail and web servers and in RBL lists.
Very annoying!
